I am very impressed. Poya took his time to demo several units for me and explained why the joy factory will be a great choice for us. We had many issues with quality of products from vendors in the past. The level of service, professionalism and respect for my time are only a few things that I can point out. I certainly will continue doing business and will make referrals to my friends in industry.
What a great experience both in their product and their customer service. I purchased my MagConnect for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. As you may have noticed just from the description, that thing is no joke when it comes to size and heft and I haven't been able to find a solution for mounting it to something until last November of 2017 when I discovered the Joy Factory on Amazon.
