Cristin St John is a trained therapist who leads with presence and compassion. She has a heart for others and connects especially well with children and teenagers. Cristin has made many efforts to increase her training and education and is a professional in mental health who can be trusted. I have known Cristin for my entire life and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to her, knowing they would be cared for and also learn helpful tools to heal and move forward with life.

Cristin Patterson is a wonderful person with a heart to help others. She is selfless and very mindful of others and their feelings. I have had the privilege to talk with her many times and always come away better for spending that time sharing with her and receiving from her the heartfelt care, love, and compassion she puts forth. I’ve also seen her work with children showing them the same wonderful care I myself have received. This young woman I recommend highly!

Sybil is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist. I have had the wonderful experience of seeing her explore and grow as a person and professional in her training to be a Bonny Method Guided Imagery and Music Fellow. She is incredibly gifted at what she does and dedicated to offering what is needed for each person to heal and transform their life. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sybil in all the ways she is offering service to others and the world.

I have known Sybil for three years as a member of the Johnson City Symphony Orchestra. As a colleague, I can attest to the work she has done as she has mentored some of my former students from the UTK clarinet studio with regards to careers in music therapy. I am honored to work beside her and to know that she is an active member of various artistic and sports organizations in the Tri-Cities area of East Tennessee and North Carolina. A true gem!

Sybil is one of the most creative and compassionate - and intelligent therapists I know. Her ability to meet people where they are and help them find their way to where they want to be and who they want to be is brilliant. She's the person I would send my dearest friends and family members to - and be completely confident they would be supported and cared for and challenged in all the best ways.

Sybil helped me through some challenges in my life, and through a contentious divorce. She helped me to find the strength within me to move forward with the rest of my life in a positive way. With her help I have learned to communicate better, to take better care of myself, and to not let the things I cannot change weigh me down. She is warm, caring, and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend!
