Just the phone conversation let me know how uncaring these people are.... They do not care about your mental health needs just if you can pay. They don't follow up on Dr referrals so once again they absolutely do not care about your mental health because some mental health problems make it extremely hard for a person to make these calls and are much more comfortable with a referral being made and then being contacted.
