The transaction was handled professionally until the end, when things fell apart. Josh mislead me on our obligations under the sales contract, advising that we were required to use licensed contractors for general repairs (not true) and recommending a contractor without disclosing his assistant’s husband worked there. We paid twice for repairs, and his “contractor“ Briggs LLC attempted to charge us $265 an hour to replace grout - almost $1200. Other issues as well, will be filing with Oregon DRE to report.
Try to work with clients and communicate. Josh Cooley and Barb would not be up front about their client. The lack of follow up and communication with your clients is poor at best.
