They really had an apartment under contract, and tried leasing to me. Once they couldn’t lie anymore, now it’s the apartment not available because of mismanagement. I’ve been dealing with them since November, waiting for an apartment that was suppose to be renovated by January, but budget was not available. We get to when the budget available, now it’s we don’t know if the apartment is fixable. Basically, just railroaded me to fit their plan, while saying it was ready to move in. I went here with my school during the busy month of December. We got to speak and chat with the residents, at first it was nerve-wracking, but i met so many wonderful people. We played BINGO together and ate lunch. When it was time to go i was devastated to leave but I promised to come back soon. Over all it's a wonderful, and welcoming, place, and the church is beautiful as well!

Roaches. This place is full of roaches. It's a nightmare. Every day all day. The exterminators come but they must be spraying roach food because they roaches get worse every week.
