Just moved here and I've been loving it! Carolann was very helpful throughout the whole move in process!
I had a great experience leasing one of new 1-bedroom apartments with the help of Carolann. She gave me a thorough tour of the property, showing me all the amenities including the pool, gym, and even a dog wash station, which will be perfect for my assistant dog, Celeste. Place is nice and in a good area. Do expect to take a while for maintenance and repairs to be done. As it took over 3 months for them to fix my dishwasher & over a month to fix my washer machine since initially moving into my brand new unit. I would not recommend moving here if you’re young and ethnic. I’ve been harassed by a neighbor that lives on the same floor as me, who was yelling at me that I “don’t belong here,” from her balcony while I was walking on the street with friends.
