Karen and her team are pleasant and professional. They make the daunting task of buying real estate pleasant. They take alot of the guess work out and assist everyone to make the experience easy, accurate. When you need title insurance I definitely recommend Karen and her team.
I would never use this company or recommend them to anybody . Maybe my closing was difficult, but that’s what you pay. A title company for some closings are easy. Some closings are difficult the representative Tracy. Not sure if she owns the company was nasty Every time I spoke to them please stay away warning, warning, warning, horrible company.
Marisa is professional, pleasant, efficient and smart--these are qualities that get all parties to the closing table without stress.
Beth Stewart did a very good job and was easy to work with.
