Clay Jones really screwed me over. I purchased property in Goshen, KY based on his commitment to having a water line installed and building a cottage on the property. Prior to the purchase, he failed to tell me he couldn’t locate the water main. It wasn’t until after the property purchase, Louisville Water informed me that I needed to install a water main and a waterline to my property to have water at a cost of approximately $65,000. Very disappointed in the quality of work and response to poor quality of work. Have owned our home less than two years, and there are several significant issues that the builder has not and will not address.
