I know about the Jones Apartment accidentally. I drive there thinking it is an apartment I make appointment with. However, the Leasing Consultant Acelyn was very welcoming, Then, I Schedule a I tour next day with her. She was very patient with me while I take measurement. Thank you Acelyn! she also show me couple of units so that I can have an idea of what I like. Because of the welcoming and the Positive vibes I decided to apply. Hopefully I can call it home. Acelyn is such a wonderful person to talk to and be around!! she always makes sure to help me out with anything and is always so detailed and kind and is always so supportive the jones is incredibly lucky to have someone like her!
Acelyn, the leasing consultant was very personable and professional during the tour she gave. She made the apartment complex warmer and more inviting.
I did not give a rating of 5 stars. I don't know how that got there. I am a current resident at the Jones. And if I had to rate them, I would give them one star or less. I have an apartment on the 2nd floor my neighbors above me blast their music with bass. On. A daily basis. I have complained to the office on numerous occasions. And nothing has done been done about it. This is going on for almost a year. I've been a resident here for almost 3 years. And I will not be renewing my lease when it ends.
