lived here for about a year. so terrible. dont do it…. -paying close to $1k for a dirty studio apartment with broken cabinets and cockroaches -stairwell and lobby are always dirty as well -gaslight property is TERRIBLE about answering the phone. doesnt matter the day of the week or the time of day, they are impossible to get ahold of -wanted to charge my boyfriend rent money and accused them and i having a domestic violence issue when that never happened. If you're considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The building is always dirty, nobody cleans up after themselves. I once was going to the store, only to find a shattered beer bottle directly behind my car, had to spend about 15 minutes cleaning it up because of inconsiderate neighbors. My next door neighbor screamed and cried every night, made it very difficult to sleep. Not to mention there's no air conditioning, making the hot summer months brutal. Do not move here. Noisy, nasty, no one cleans up after themselves or their dogs. Over priced, not worth it. Do yourself a favor and look for a better place with better management.
