Specialties In 1925 Arthur (Otto) and Josephine (stage name Ethye) Miller, from the "Marvelous Miller" ballroom dancing team who had danced around the world, retired and purchased a lodge on what is now the Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore and named it "Marvelous Miller's Lodge". Love the new summer menu!! Had the chopped salad and it was delicious!! It is a must try!
We wanted to try this place since it's under new ownership. Walked in the place at 6:45pm. No available table at restaurant side so we said yes to be seated by the bar. Hostess sat us down and now it's 5-10 minutes no server. Hostess apologized took our drink order and came back right away. Now it's 7:17. Finally server came quick took out orders , never mentioned anything about the day special, obviously in rush. 7:45 I finally flagged her down. She said sorry will check on the food. Really?!? I go there every Friday night for dinner and drinks and always leave with a smile. Our waitress is the sweetest! The second we sit she knows our drinks! Love it there!
