Letting Pat Bishop go shows you have NO loyalty to your staff. Therefore I have no loyalty towards your restaurant. I will not set foot in there again!!!!!

My mom had her 85th birthday party here. The food was great the staff was friendly. The only thing I would say was the drinks came slow, however they were cold. Thank you for making my mother happy.

From just stepping through the door the musty smell of old fire/water is the first thing you will notice. The bar are now is too bright. And the soda/water is horrible ... I have been going to the JTI since 1980 , it's always been a Bay Shore place . If it was Henry,Pat or Steve you always felt welcome. Having said that I can't believe the JTI would let Pat go, what a shame

Stopped in for Burger Night (classic burger with lettuce, tomato, onion & coleslaw, pickles and steak fries for $7, a nice deal.) Earsplittingly loud in the bar area, just a tiny bit better in the main dining room with only 4 other tables occupied. Happy, helpful waitress. Ordered rare burgers, they arrived well done. We pointed it out, but aye them anyway as they were not dried out and we didn't feel like waiting for another round of the same.
