Doctors consistently do now show up during posted hours and front desk staff is often put in a position to make excuses for their lack of attendance. In speaking with the regional manager Shadara, her advice was to consider visiting one of The Joint’s 900 other locations nationwide. Unfortunatel, this location in Santa Monica does not prioritize patient care with doctors not showing up, and are even less interested with providing any level of customer service. I would not recommend this venue or business.
The Joint’s subscription based plan and 2 very skilled Chiropractors have helped my back pain tremendously without destroying my finances. Thank you so much.
Today, the receptionist made an unnecessary comment that left me feeling uncomfortable. I had been visiting The Joint for a few months due to job stress and post-surgery recovery, regularly seeing one chiropractor and subscribing monthly. Wow! Dr Dhaamin Clarke is phenomenal. He is extremely masterful. My usual office wasn’t open today, so I drove to the Santa Monica office. Usually my neck does not adjust easily, but Dr Clarke got it all working with gentle yet very firm adjustments! Thank you!!
