I had given this location 5 stars 8 years ago, but now I wouldn't give them 1 star. TERRIBLE customer service, rude management, and the the docs got to be so bad. I also get emails on a fairly regular basis stating that they are closed. I go to a different location and LOVE them. Great front staff, docs, etc.
Dr. Laura and receptionist Tashi always make me feel welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Laura is extremely professional, and she makes certain that I’m pleased with my adjustment! The Joint is very important for my self care!
Convenient, quick, and cost effective adjustments! The staff is also great at this location.
