My entire experience was excellent, from the phone conversations with the front desk, the ease of appointment arranging, the process of surgical explanation, the familiarization process with the operating facility, to the actual surgical process. Every staff member was kind , efficient and thorough. All my questions were fully answered. The patience and kindness of all staff is memorable.
