I have been crippled since February 2020, with MRI proof. I was out of alignment before I started, no I am broken down. I write to Corporate headquarters but no reply. Developed a cyst in my spine and ripped cartilage in hip joint from 1 session. Have been in horrendous pain for months. No accountability for their actions. They know it and still charged me. No empathy, even though I have been kind about it. No reply .....nothing done. they dont even deserve 1 star!
RIP off! go to a real chiropractor! The lady at the front desk is absolutely unprofessional.
Been there one time & can't get them to stop charging my account. They are a corporation with investors. They care about one thing. Support your family owned chiropractor not this terrible establishment
The doctors at the various locations I have gone to were very nice and helped me through my pregnancy but the customer service was horrible. Near the end of my pregnancy, I wanted to cancel as it was getting more difficult to make it there. I went online to the main website “contact us” page and reached out to get information on the next steps. No one got back to me. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with @TheJoint. The doctors seem to not know what they’re doing and have actually hurt me on a couple of occasions. I just went into the office to get adjusted after they just took the payment from my account, then proceed to tell me my card isn’t working. I showed proof and then was told I’d have to pay $49 to be seen today ?! I called corporate and they won’t answer any questions nor will they reimburse me.
