Dr. Lo is amazing. He always knows exactly how to fix me. With my busy schedule he is efficient in what he does, time, and information on how to get better. Thanks Dr. Lo for keeping me in line with my crazy lifestyle!
No one agreed to review my MRI report until several months in to my treatment. I experienced more pain after every adjustment. Now that I cancelled, I'm told I have to be charged for another month of visits that they acknowledge I will never be able to use. I was told I needed a note from a doctor to cancel without penalty! Is that even legal? I'm going to share my experience with everyone I know.
