I have paid for 3 months without any service. They keep on deducting montly amount without any call if we want to continue. When we have realized, no proper response from them. Very very bad experience. This is not the good way to get the money.
Deception with the FSA and wellness plan. Wasn't made aware of the length of the contract and was overcharged. They obviously deal with this often because they knew how to respond immediately to any questions. I would have never signed an extended contract had there been trenchancy to the length of it.
Warning,HUGE WARNING everyone!!! Make sure that you'll have an hour to read every single fine print on the contract before you sign it. DO NOT listen to any employee there talk you into signing a contract,even the chiropractors. NOBODY there will explain how their contract works,no transparency at all. It is best if you bring a business lawyer,financial advisor,and a CPA to help you . By the way,the receptionists seem like they're having covid ( very little energy ). They don't need any vaccine, just some red bulls.
