Stay away! They fool you by telling you that you can decide to use it month to month and then they charge you and tell you they won't cancel it. They take advantage of you while you are in pain, give you a bunch of pages to sign so you can get treatment and take money for services you never received! They may be legally right but they are morally corrupt.. lying and scheming against customers that don’t want to continue with their services after being there only once. This place has seriously got on my nerves today not only was I there around 5:30 I waited till 6 pm didn’t get seen because I wasn’t informed that there was a new patient and now I’m late for my job! This is ridiculous if your going to have new people at the front train them to communicate! Had I of known I wouldn’t of waited to be late for my job and not be seen! And if you’re going to schedule new patients make sure there are two doctors!!! So now I leave still in pain ! Wtf
Customer service is horrible! Chiropractic service is minimal.

LOVE The Joint! I've been going every week for 2 solid years now! I highly recommend getting on their monthly plan.... worth every penny if you make sure to go in once a week! I've got 4 little ones at home and always having a baby on my hip put my body so out of whack (not to mention all the occasional headaches I get... again, 4 kids) and I was always complaining of back pain before I started going to the chiro... not anymore! This place has been such a Godsend!
