10 years, about 40 chiropractors both private offices and at The Joint, I end up following Dr. David Mc Iver the past 4+ years to 5 cities. Some may think is it worth it? BEWARE. As a Physical Therapist licensed medical professional who’s worked in various hospitals & clinics. Consumers & patients should avoid all these these types of business establishments. I bought 6 visits to the San Rafael location for $209 two months ago and paid in full. The San Rafael location is now permanently closed and I've been assigned to the El Cerrito location which is 40 miles away (80 miles, round trip). There's no way that I'm going to drive 80 miles for a Chiropractic visit! I've reached out to the El Cerrito location and was told that The Joint will not give me a refund. I've also emailed The Joint Corp via their website and received no response.

I have paid for 3 months without any service. They keep on deducting montly amount without any call if we want to continue. When we have realized, no proper response from them. Very very bad experience. This is not the good way to get the money.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with The Joint Chiropractic was profoundly negative, leading me to strongly discourage anyone from seeking their services. Despite claims of flexibility, their cancellation policy is a deceptive trap. Initially told that cancellation couldn't be processed over the phone or online due to "HIPPA" reasons, a clear misrepresentation of such regulations, the situation only worsened in person. Joint Chiropractors My daughter had a sports related neck injury and was treated at JC on Woodruff Rd, Greenville for three weeks in 2022. The Chiropractors were great no issues, she started to feel better two weeks after the injury and that’s when we canceled our membership. Two years later I discovered I was charged from my Health Savings account every month for 2 years ($1,200 total) without realizing it. Everything about this facility is amazing. Great hours, the girls at the front desk are remarkable with their people skills and awesome personalities. The Chiropractors are well trained and care about their patients complete healing process. The rates are very affordable and unbeatable in these troubling times. The Joint Chiropractor 2810 Business Center Dr, 77584 Broken ribs during a right lumbar adjustment by Dr. Micheal Johnsey. Coward-No apology nor acknowledgement although I told him more than several times I was hurt and my left ribs are protruding through my skin..
