Despite speaking with the manager on 6/16/2026 and her confirming receipt of my cancellation form on 6/15/2026, I was explicitly told that my membership was terminated effective immediately. Yet I was charged again today. This charge must be refunded without delay. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter and file a formal dispute with the Maryland Consumer Protection Department.
SNEAKY BUSINESS PLAN. PROFESSIONAL THIEVES IS APPROPRIATE HERE. BE AWARE OF BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. OH AND YOU CAN'T CANCEL OVER THE PHONE. THE ONLY COMPANY I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE TO GO THERE IN PERSON TO CANCEL, SO THEY STOP CHARGING YOUR CARD FOR A SERVICE YOU ARE NOT EVEN USING!!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. When I signed up, the membership was explained as a one‑month commitment, but I later learned it was actually a three‑month agreement. This was not clearly disclosed at the time and the signup process felt rushed. I requested cancellation as soon as I realized the issue, but I was informed I am still responsible for two months of payments. I have waited many years to find a good Chiropractor. I found one. I had a Chiropractor and he retired, and ever since, I haven't had a good treatment or anyone that would even try to adjust my neck, till now! Dr. JC Gonzalez is the BEST I have been to. If you haven't already met him and are walking around in pain, you are missing out. I am not exaggerating, they are few and far between..
