My second request to get my refund back was unsuccessful. On March 24th, I purchased 6 sessions and only used 2. The intro session was for 15 minutes. My back hurt after the session more than it did prior to the adjustment. I returned the second time and the chiro on duty only spent 5 minutes. After the second adjustment, my back was even worse than when I went in the the first treatment. Complete sham shop. I'm requesting a refund for sessions not used. .
