I receive a text inviting me to come in and I had one adjustment left for the month. The card had declined yesterday for the monthly renewal so upon my arrival today they would not honor the one adjustment still left from yesterday (adjustments do not carry over) and they would not move out my payment date a week for my new card to arrive for security issues. I will never recommend this office to another person again

As a first time patient, I was happy with how quickly I checked in. The Dr. took his time to listen to me to figure out how to correct my back pain. I felt enough relief after my first visit and feel comfortable going back for my followup.
Found The Joint chiropractor online and said they took walk ins. Have been to many different chiro traveling with my job. The nice receptionist patiently helped me get registered and answered all my questions. The Dr was nice, friendly, and concerned about my needs. He did thorough exam and did a fantastic job on the adjustments. I felt relief while still on the table. It's been a while since the adjustments and I am feeling better as time goes.
