Prior to 2025 I was on a monthly plan and went in weekly for maintenance adjustments. In 2025, I decided to stop the monthly plan and go to the single visit option. It has been some time since I needed an adjustment but recently decided to go in for a maintenance adjustment to my neck, back, and left hip. I'm well aware of my body's areas which tend to have misalignment issues and the corrective treatment needed. I know for sure that they can be addressed with a single visit.
