The team in el cerrito is top notch! It’s calm, clean and quick! Dr Russell has this strong, silent, confident vibe and I always make sure I stop in to see her if I’m close by!
After just a single trial session, the receptionist signed the customer up for a one-year membership—despite the language barrier and a lack of clear explanation. This is nothing short of fraud! Furthermore, whenever the customer tried to resolve the issue, the shop was frequently closed, and even when staff were present, their attitude was appalling.
I have been coming to The Joint as part of my wellness routine since 2015. I highly recommend this location and all of the staff. Many thanks to Dr. Lepp and Wellness Dr. Spell and Wellness Coordinators Vanessa and King. You help make my life more livable and comfortable.
The staff here is very well trained in customer service, then Dr was very professional and I can't wait to go back.
