I’ve had a great experience with The Joint. Front desk assistant Jenna was excellent, and Dr. Chang did a great adjustment. The process was quick and efficient, and I left feeling better and more informed. I really appreciate the straightforward care and easy check-in.
Dr. Matt Chang give me a good massage and help me walk again without help and Jenna give me good customer service I love the experience I recommend to come here.
Look, I don't do reviews, but this one deserves a minute. First day, pretty good. Good enough to come back the next day. Dr. Matt took the steps to make my adjustment matter. Realizing scar tissue build-up over the years from fusion surgery and compression from the new job made it harder for a better adjustment. Spent a few more minutes breaking up some of that build-up helped getting the adjustment I needed. Thank you and I will be back to see Dr. Matt soon.
