Mr. Fuentes was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was likely causing my headaches and back stiffness. He was able to adjust my back successfully, and I felt a noticeable difference right away. Since my visit, I haven’t experienced any headaches, and my body feels much looser and more comfortable. I truly appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and care. I highly recommend Mr. Fuentes and The Joint Chiropractic to anyone looking for effective chiropractic treatment.
Don't be fooled by the 4.9 google score. The customer service here is terrible. The sign on the door says they are open until 7 PM. I arrived at 6:50 PM and was told by the receptionist that they cannot take anymore appointments, even though there was nobody in the waiting room. I asked why and she said it was the owner's policy because there were already individuals in the back. I stated that the door says 7 PM and I was there 10 minutes before 7 PM.
