Curtis was very kind and helpful and Dr. Frank explained everything very well. I left the place with a huge smile on my face and feeling better!!
Don’t know if it was miscommunication or misunderstanding. But the matter that could have been easily resolved with the courtesy got completely out of hand and was not handled properly by receptionist Maddy, on call manager, and one more colleague. We cancelled the membership and as always there is termination period for one month, which is fine. My experience at the Joint on Rayford is great. Dr. Frank and Dr. Noel are very knowledgeable and friendly. My son is a much better athlete because of their excellent services.
My wife and I have been coming to this location for nearly a year and I have had and adjustment from a number of the doctors. Everyone has been absolutely phenomenal and the customer service is always stellar. I'd like to personally thank Dr. Livingood, Dr. Noel, Dr. Frank and Dr. Drake Maddie at the front desk. If you are in need of chiropractic help then I highly recommend them!
