Dr Marks was very helpful and took care of my back issues. He took time to hear me out rather then tell me what he thought the problem was. After my visit I feel alot of relief and I will be going back to continue. I know my body and why my back is stiff. He did what others where not able to do for two years.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would! I don’t normally leave negative reviews for places but I definitely would not recommend you waste your time with this place. The level of unprofessionalism and disorganization is ridiculous. I go to this place yesterday (WITH A SCHEDULED NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT). I get there to check in and they tell me they can’t see me because they took too many new patient walk ins that day. I’m so tired of this place being unreliable. They randomly throw up a white sheet saying they’re closed. The app & google say it’s opened & you go there & they’re closed or close early. They have great doctors but poor reliability & consistency. You pay monthly but they don’t comp you for the time they aren’t there. It’s frustrating. I’ve expressed concern but it falls on deaf ears.
