I had my first visit at this location today. The office is nice and the staff are awesome. The patient paperwork was explained very well and the doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love that they have a very reasonably priced wellness plan and I am looking forward to seeing them again in a couple of days. I hadn't seen a chiropractor in 4 years and I was very out of wack. They kept charging my card when I told them I did not want to continue treatment and said they would refund. That was months ago and I’m still trying to get it done. I can’t get anyone through corporate to call me. Bad experience!
I love going there Dr. Ryan Collins and his staff makes every visit worth your while and they are very professional. He cares about his Patients well being he would ask questions like is there anything we need to work on today? are you feeling better from your last visit? Etc. so I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I’ve been to 3 other’s, not that they weren’t good but I prefer this one as the best so far.
Friendly staff. Great and consistent adjustments by all doctors. Will be going again! Thank you!
