We need to be compensated for these “ un announced “ unexpected closures they keep having. You can’t charge people a monthly fee and then you start closing on random days. This is the third or fourth time in the last month I’ve came to the Decatur location needing service and see a paper on the door saying drive 40 minutes to Madison which I can’t do. When you’re shortstaffed you prioritize the one that you’re understaffed on you don’t go to your breadwinner and just say screw everybody else
