First time at a chiropractor. Explained things well and laid out a doable plan
Edit 2: I did a 3 month contract and then cancelled in writing. They charged my card again. So now I have to spend more time and energy contacting them. They make you sign a paper to cancel in person and then they still screwed it up. It is high pressure sales to join the program. I joined because it was a better deal since I needed adjustments. Absolutely amazing experience love this place
I’ve been a member at this chiropractic office for about a year now, and I genuinely plan to continue my membership because the care and overall experience have been consistently excellent. The front desk staff is always kind, attentive, and professional. Even when I call in, I’m never left waiting on hold for long, and I’m always met with a pleasant and respectful tone, which makes a big difference.
