Extremely disappointed. I called twice today asking about an appointment and let them know that I would be coming on my lunch break. I called at 1:40pm saying i would be there in 15 minutes, they even sent me intake forms at 1:45. I got to the door exactly at 1:55 just to be welcomed to a locked door and a sign that says they close at 2pm.
