The hours on their door and website does not match the hours. They are actually open.
Staff was delightful; the persons performing procedures were nice people. The actual services hurt more than helped. I called and talked to receptionist and got their normal answers. However, I wanted to cancel and told them this was way too painful. They have now been charging my card many, many months over the 2 month requirement, which I wasn't told until I had already signed the papers in the beginning. Found out today that they will slide forms into what your sign and tell you it's all waver and liability documents. Called today to get a refund after I was charger out of the blue and was told about the agreement I knew nothing about signing. The young lady at the desk that was there my first visit did not tell me it was a recurring charge and that I'm locked in for 3 months. I also find out that they have to have the manager call me back to give me a refund and cancel the scam like subscription. This has to be the most dis... read more
