Completely disorganized. I have had two first appointments with them. The first there was no receptionist and the chiropractor couldn't process my intake. Fine stuff happens. I rescheduled with receptionist. Arrive at the time and they tell me they are closing at scheduled time. Then why did you make appt? Received a call to reschedule 5 minutes before when I was already here because they said to arrive 15 minutes early. I feel such relief after seeing Dr. Bernice. She corrected more than what I expected, and was able to move things in order to remove my pain. I’m very appreciative.
Both the receptionist and the Doctor were very courteous and helpful to attend me and listen to my worries about my neck pain. I will certainly keep them in mind when ever im back in town and let family and friends know about The Joint Chiropractor.
