UPDATE#1 to the owner's response: Your employee stated that i would get a refund. Its not the customer's fault that you have employees providing misinformation. Furthermore i left my contact information and was informed that you will call me, in which you never did. Its also not my fault that you conduct bad business but carry on with your unprofessialism. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. My husband has drove all the way to Hattiesburg 2 days in a row for his “appointment” for them to not even be open and they won’t answer the phones or anything. They text about 1-2 hours AFTER your appointment time to tell you they’re not opening or closed early or they’re running late.
Wow I have never been to one ever now I wonder why just one visit I feel better I always have burning in my upper back when I d anything after yesterday September 17 2024 I don’t have the burning pain anymore and I can also turn my neck more I have to have more visit to get right but I going to Flowood due to closer to me but this doctor she was amazing I think and the front desk lady was so sweet and helpful also
