This is my first experience with Chiropractic work after years of being in and out of PT for pain in my shoulder, neck and low back and recently tarsal tunnel in my ankles. I've exhausted my efforts and chose this location based off of reviews and upfront pricing. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic so I needed something upfront and no up charges on anything. Great service. Attentive and helpful
It was fine. The people there are VERY nice, but their facility does not offer the level of services that I am accustomed to with chiropractors. They do not have massage chairs or tables for while you wait, and they did not put me on a TENS machine. It was similar to waiting for a haircut - I waited in the front lobby waiting area until I was called back. It was just me, the (very nice) doctor, and a simple drop table.
