Dr. Kat is absolutely amazing!! I workout 6 days a week and she helps keep my body in check 💪 💪 She's extremely knowledgeable of how the body works and has helped me so many times when I have pulled something.
It was great. I felt so much better after. She is so sweet and kind, especially to the kids. I do recommend going!
