Melanie was so polite and made it feel like you are with family!! She strikes up a conversation and makes you feel comfortable in every pop she makes. My boyfriend was very calm and relaxed throughout the process. She makes sure to answer questions as she goes about her job without hesitation!! She is a people person and friendly! We will definitely be coming back to see her
I was very skeptical of coming here because I was not truly informed of there practice (duh it’s a chiropractic practice) BUT let me tell you something…. I was greeted with some excellent customer service, the doctor on duty today Dr. Brain was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was going on and what would happen at this visit.
