I don’t believe any adjustments I’ve had (3) lasted more than 7-8 minutes tops including greetings and they’re in too much of a rush to do a thorough job. Not much in the way of evaluating the success of the manipulations or adjustments they just made or suggestions for exercises or after care other than don’t sleep on your side or use a flatter pillow. After 3 treatments neck/shoulder pain is only slightly better.
Love the adjustment
I visited today for the first time in a year and a half. So imagine how tight and tense my body was. Derek was just the person for the job! He effectively worked areas of my body that I shared were problematic. I walked out, feeling like a new woman. I will definitely be coming back to see Derek.
If I could give 20 stars, I would! I feel so much better just after 1 visit! Will be returning!
