I was a little shocked to be honest with you. I always use a different location, but they were closed today, and I was in enough discomfort to go anyway. The front desk guy was incredible. Give him a raise. He’s the only reason I gave the 2 stars. The chiropractor immediately seemed annoyed that I was there, never even told me his name & when I was on the table for an adjustment, he told me that I was fighting against him & I needed to stop. I recently visited Dr. Wes with mid and low back pain that had been bothering me for some time. From the moment I walked into his clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease by front desk. Dr. Wes took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and in just a couple of sittings, my back pain significantly improved, and I experienced a level of relief that I hadn't felt in a long time. The front desk person was great and very friendly. However, the chiropractor really seemed like he did not want to be there. He didn’t greet me. He barely talked at all. He didn’t ask what brought me in that day. It was really uncomfortable. I don’t know if he was having a rough day, but you really can’t bring that into a medical space. I won’t return to this location. I felt far too uncomfortable and uncared for by the chiropractor.
