Great service
The doctor was very knowledgeable and pin pointed my injury and gave me some advice on healing my back and right arm. A special shout out to a very nice woman, Deja . Thank you for sharing your advice on the price plan and greeted me with kindness and compassion.
The staff is wonderful! No complaints there. The owner Sherry Armstrong is extremely rude and combative. I signed up for services here and forgot to cancel the contract. I completely owned up and accepted responsibility for this fact. I haven’t been in for treatment in 10 months. I asked if it was possible to just be refunded for this ONE month since the payment hadn’t cleared yet. She went on to tell me how it’s not her responsibility to manage my bills, which I never said.
