5 stars for walk-ins the same day, a huge plus! The girl at the front desk was very professional. The chiropractic Dr. takes his time with you. You don’t feel rushed, and in the end, you feel nothing but relief. I highly recommend it.
Dr Ian treated me last year, in November after I moved wrong and threw my back out. He helped adjust me and I became pain free very quickly. Just a few days ago my back went out again! I was glad to see a familiar face going back for help. He's always very informative as to what I need to do at home. His treatment is gentle, yet firm. I walked out today feeling much better. I had severe neck pain and I saw a sign for $39 initial visit. I told the staff at checkout that I DO NOT want to join a monthly club, I just want to come in a few times until my neck is better. I was tricked into signing a contract for a monthly plan even after I stated I only want to come in a few times. I went 2x and my neck felt worse. I have not been back. I emailed on 12/19/2025 to remind them NOT to charge my card for any monthly fee and that I would not be back. Now, they have charged my credit card $139 for the firs... read more
Excellent customer service with warm and patient intake staff. It’s super convenient being able to walk right in and very competitively priced. Dr. Ian is the BEST chiropractor I’ve ever seen. My quality of life is so much better with routine prevention of pain. Terrific care from the other providers as well. I can not recommend highly enough! 💝
I have been going to the joint for 3 months so far and it has been helping me much more than I expected. I have seen several different doctors and have been pleased with all of them. They actually listen and respond appropriately, treating any problems I am experiencing. Not having to make an appointment makes it easy to just stop in while out doing errands.
