Dr. Emily Jackson is amazing. She listens to your concerns and clearly communicates what adjustments she's making and how it will help. She'll work to keep you comfortable, and will make changes to what adjustment style she uses based on your wants and needs. She is amazing, I literally drive past 2 other Joint locations just to see her!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and professionalism at this location. I called several times today trying to speak with a chiropractor regarding a previous treatment. During my first call, I was told to give Dr. Clark a few minutes and that she would call me back. When I never received a call before lunch, I called again and was sent to voicemail.
