Wish I could give them a zero. Dr Bowler is awesome but the front desk lady Shiera is a lier and signed me up for some monthly plan with out telling me. She specifically told me that with the free ones she was giving me that would cover everything the doctor asked. She did not explain verbally the main points of contract. She did not ensure I understood.. She took advantage of me while I was in pain and in a hurry. When I asked about it she apologized like it was no big deal. Very rude.
