Front desk staff - Have some decency! Do not waste time who is suffering from pain. I called you before to confirm if I can come in with half n hour left to close. You said yes and I was 3 mins away when I called you, after walking in, you said can you come tomorrow? Why do u have to do that? Understand when someone is in pain and at least before making a confirmation that “yes, you can come in” check with doctor and update. This is insane!!
