I have been coming for quite sometimes, Dr. V is awesome and knows all the trigger points in body. Would recommend to everyone and staff also staff is great too

Very poor communication and disappointing customer service. I was clearly told that the 23rd would be my last day of service, and one of the reps specifically mentioned that I could still use the service on the 23rd. Anyone would reasonably assume that “last day” means the service is still available on that day. However, when I walked in today, I was told that my service had actually been canceled yesterday and that I could no longer use it.
