Been having a lower pain, tightness for a week. Went in to get it checked out, few hours after adjustment felt definite relief. Got a three month visit program to adjust more. The whole staff were professional and friendly.
Dr Zach did a phenomenal job and the front desk was super courteous, she made me feel at home a wonderful welcome and great hospitality.
I was not able to see the doctor. I stated, politely, twice that I would like to wait in the lobby to be seen. The coordinator insisted I wait in the treatment room. I'm autistic. It was too loud with multiple other people. I eventually had to leave. It wasn't safe.
The staff and customer service is great. The payment options not so much a 99$ charge becomes a 300$ due to a 3 month minimum. I would definitely do single visits. Without getting locked in to a payment plan. Staff and doctors are good though.they refused to cancel plan. Visits dont roll over, Its a scam.everything was reviewed and they couldn't nor wouldn't cancel the membership. Buyer beware!
