My lower back and hips had been killing me for almost 2 weeks from a rough schedule. I made an appointment at about 10:30am and was in there by one, on a Saturday. It was miraculous. Justin in there saw me walk in like a broken dog and with just a few efficient snaps back into place, I felt like a new man. Their business model is excellent. What they tell you when you sign up is all true. And when I had to cancel due to medical reasons, there was no argument, no fight at all. Wish all businesses would follow their business mode.
I'm updating my review: due to some changes at the joint, the wait times these days are absolutely insane. I was told that due to new ownership, they will now only have one doctor working at a time. I used to be able to pop in and out in less than ten minutes... Recently the wait time has been well over half an hour because so many people are sitting and waiting for the one doctor to help everyone. I feel bad for the doctors who are doing their best.
