Got an adjustment from built up back stiffness and pressure roughly hour and a half ago. Did some popping and my upper back and neck had some pressure released from the visit but it definitely aggravated my lower back and caused more discomfort since the visit. Dr was informative with terminologies, but not so much in accuracy of root causes/ solutions, just mostly agreed with what I said I think the problems were and saying yes that’s it.
