Will not let you cancel membership without showing up in person to the original location you signed up for. Clearly a policy to deter cancellation and is a dirty tactic. Best of luck if you’ve moved. Actual service is mediocre too.

I am a STRONG believer in Chiropractic care. I was leery of a “membership style” chiropractic office but I have been reformed! I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Joint. The hours make going to the chiropractor EASY and the cost makes it AFFORDABLE. I am a client for life. My only regret is not finding them sooner!!
