I had an incredible experience at this location! Angela at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Russ was phenomenal. He was extremely thorough with my history and exam, taking the time to actually listen to my concerns. His adjustments were fantastic and provided immediate relief. I highly recommend this team!
I had a very unpleasant experience this week when I went to The Joint Chiropractic with my husband to have him get an adjustment. Dr. Russ said that he could not attend to him because my husband needed to speak English and understand everything. I kindly asked him if I could translate for him, since that has never been an issue at any other The Joint Chiropractic locations and he bluntly said, "No!" I speak English and Spanish fluently and having worked in the medical field myself, I dont feel that should have been an issue ... read more
